RAM® Glare Shield Clamp Double Ball Mount with AMPS Hole Pattern

The RAM-B-177-347U consists of a glare shield clamp base, short double socket arm and 2" (50.8 mm) x 1.7" (43.2 mm) rectangular base that contains the universal AMPs hole pattern. This mount is designed to mount to the lip edge of a flat surface up to 5/8" (15.9 mm) thick. Popular mounting edges include a car side window edge lip or glare shield on an airplane. The base has two composite bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface. A RAM 1" (25.4 mm) diameter rubber ball is connected to the base allowing you to connect a RAM 1" (25.4 mm) diameter arm socket and connection plates to create the perfect mount for your application. The mount is designed with a RAM 1" (25.4 mm) diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
