The quick ship product selections are exclusively distributed to RAM® email subscribers. The quick ship fulfillment guarantee is only valid for 1-month from the original send date. 

*Quick ship orders ship within 24 business hours. Shipping times are subject to change with the purchase of additional product. 24-hour quick ship does not include transit time, ground service can take up to a week for delivery within the contiguous U.S. Quick ship for the items below is only guaranteed through Dec. 31st, 2022.

1. 1. If I place my order on  a Friday or Saturday evening, will it ship in 24 hours?
   
   No, the RAM® quick ship guarantee adheres to normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM PT). All orders placed Friday or Saturday night will be promptly fulfilled on the following Monday. 
   
   
2. 2. My order was fulfilled in 24 hours, why hasn't it already been delivered?
   
   The quick ship guarantee is only applicable to order fulfillment. Once the RAM® team has packaged up your order and the shipping provider has picked it up, UPS® Ground can take up to a week within the contiguous U.S. At check-out, we offer a variety of shipping methods from UPS® Ground to UPS® Next Day Air. 
   
   
3. 3. I purchased products from your quick ship email but they weren't fulfilled within 24 hours. Why is that?
   
   There are two reasons that your order wasn't fulfilled in 24 hours. The first reason there is a delay in your order fulfillment would be if you added additional products outside of the quick ship guide. The second reason is if you shopped the guide 1-month or more past it's send date. If neither of those reasons are true, please reach out to support@rammount.com for additional assistance.
